Introduced in the UK in September 2006, the Corsa-D is the latest incarnation of the popular Vauxhall Corsa (née Nova). Available as a hatchback or van with a choice of petrol or diesel engines and manual or automatic transmissions, sales of more than a quarter of a million in just four years make the Corsa one of the UK's best-selling cars.
For the owner wishing to save money by DIY maintenance the Corsa is a relatively straightforward vehicle, with most of the items requiring frequent attention easily accessible.
