I'm giving mine a good going over externally, along with a new cambelt and new gaskets where required. I got a top end gasket set and gates cambelt for £15! I've also picked up a set of ZX6R
carbs for £36 to go on her. Gonna order some paint soon - heard good things about POR-15 engine paint.
At the moment I have a lusting to go after electronic ignition. I removed the dizzy to make the cleaning easier. The brass plug is just a cap for now. I keep telling myself just to get the engine in and running, but having spent time tuning engines with the luxuries of Motec ECU's and engine dyno the bug is hard to shake - even for a mere 1.8 Pinto
