sip/cosmo mig welder

has any one got either a sip or a cosmo mig welder and willing to help me out please

i have blow r1 and r2 on the pcb would you be able to tell me what colours the bands are on resistors are as mine are burnt please

R1, red,red,black,gold 22 ohm +- 5%
R2, orange,orange,black,gold 33 ohm +- 5%
R3, brown,black,red,gold 1000 ohm +- 5%
R4, green,blue,brown,gold 560 ohm +- 5%
R5, orange,white,red,gold 3900 ohm +-5%
