How do I order?

It's easy to order from Haynesonline. If this is your first time purchasing from our bookshop please be sure to have read and accepted our Terms & Conditions before browsing this website and before making a purchase. Then follow these three easy steps:

Browse the catalogue.
Add items you want to your shopping basket.
Complete the checkout steps. You will be asked for your e-mail address, a billing/delivery address (the same address for both) and your credit card details.
Check your order. All charges, including any VAT if applicable, are shown at the top of the page. At this stage you have not committed your order to Haynes for processing.
Submit your order. Click on ' Order Now' at the bottom of the page. This is the point when your order is sent to us A 'Confirmation of Order' e-mail is also sent to you (please print and keep until you receive your purchase) and your card account is charged for the ordered items. Your purchase is now complete.

Is it easy to return an unwanted purchase? Yes it is. Purchases from this website may be returned within 14 days for any reason providing the items are in good condition. Haynes will credit the purchase price in full and, under certain conditions, a proportion of the postage costs (please see our FAQs and select 'Ordering Information' for details).
