What is your returns policy?

How do I return an item? If, for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. This does not affect your statutory rights (see below).
However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts or returns of video, DVD, audio, video games and software products where the item has been unsealed.
Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us. Always include the Packing Note that accompanied your item. For your protection, we recommend that you obtain a proof of posting certificate.
Statutory Rights: Cooling-off Period
By law, you also have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered to you. To cancel your purchase under this cooling-off period, on the Packing Note please state the Reason for Return as "contract cancellation". Then send it to us so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service in this instance.
Do you also refund delivery charges?
Only under particular circumstances and these are: If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us. Or, where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working days cooling-off period, we will refund the normal postage charge for the delivery of that item but we cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the delivery charge. We will not refund the postage charge, nor reimburse any other costs incurred by you, for the return of that item.
The item I received does not match the item I ordered. What should I do?
Please return the item, unopened and in its original condition. On the Packing Note, please state the Reason for Return as "incorrect item" and then the title and product code of the item you originally ordered. Provided the item is still in stock, we will mail it to you as quickly as possible. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
The item I received is faulty or damaged. Can I still return it?
If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please return it to us, indicating clearly the nature of the fault or damage, and we will mail you a replacement.
How will you refund my money?
Refunds will be credited to the card that was used in the original transaction. Unfortunately, we are not able to post a credit to any alternative cards or accounts.
